RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

We give our customers thirty (30) days from receipt of applicable items to return back to us for an exchange or refund. Customers must pay shipping costs in order to send the returned items back.

If the return was caused by a manufacture’s defect or for receiving the wrong items, we are responsible for the mistakes; the return shipping will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original costs is the maximum reimbursement, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly).

If the return was not caused by a manufacture’s defect or for receiving the wrong items, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Packages refused by customers may incur additional shipping cost charged by the carrier. The package must be returned with original package and labels. Items returned without original package or items that have been used will not be refunded or exchanged.

We are not responsible for shipping costs (if applicable) on returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal. A refund will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.
